  • I had an account in the old website. How do I access it now?
    Your account information is still available, we just need to reset your password. There are two ways to do that: 1. Click the link at the top of the page, right beneath the login box. You will be asked to enter your email address. Use the one that was associated with your old account. We will send you a temporary password. You may then log in, and you can change your password in the My Account page. 2. Call us at (860)236-3463. We will create a temporary password for you.
  • How do I view the restaurant's menu?
    Enter your address and click on the delivery or take-out button. Then click on the name of the restaurant and press the red "Place Order" button or click on the restaurant logo, this will then display the restaurant's menu. You can browse as many restaurants as you would like and then decide which one you would like to place your order with.
  • How do I place an order?
    You can place your order online at www.waiterwheels.com, or call your order in at (860)236-3463 (Hartford) or (203)401-8084 (New Haven).
  • How does online ordering work?

    1) Enter your address
    2) Click on Delivery
    3) Click on the restaurant you want to place your order with
    4) Choose your items
    5) Click the checkout button
    6) Confirm your order is correct
    7) Choose your payment type
    8) You will receive a confirmation email of your order
    9) We will take care of everything and see you in 60 minutes or less from the time you place your order or at the exact time you requested for your delivery
    10) Repeat this process again very soon!

  • When can I place orders with Waiter Wheels?

    Hours for delivery are:
    Monday - Friday 10:00am to 2pm
    Sunday - Thursday 4:30pm to 9:00pm
    Friday & Saturday 4:30pm to 10:00pm

  • How long does it take for a delivery order?

    Most deliveries will take between 45-60 minutes. Some delivery times may be a bit longer based on restaurant prep times and the size of your order. Weather, traffic, and order volume can also affect delivery times. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • How can I pay?

    We accept cash and all major credit cards. Billed accounts are also available for qualifying businesses (call for details).

  • How much will it cost?

    There is a $20 to $50 food minimum to meet and a small delivery fee that is based on your distance from the restaurant to the delivery location. Delivery starts as low as $4.99. Drivers do work for tips, and 15-20% gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated. Orders over $100 are subject to an automatic 15% driver gratuity. Waiter Wheels is an independent stand alone service, menu prices may be higher and availability may differ than those offered by the restaurant for self pick up or dine-in.

  • How do I order a Gift Certificate?

    1) Login
    2) Click 'Gift Certificates' from the red menu bar
    3) On the left, select the type of Gift Certificate to send
    4) Enter the amount of the gift, the name and email address of the recipient and your message
    5) Click add to cart
    6) You may add another Gift Certificate or click the Checkout button
    7) When you complete payment, the Gift Certificate will be emailed to the recipient. You may also print a copy.
    8) The Gift Certificate is available for immediate use

    *gift certificates can not be exchanged, transferred or refunded for cash*
  • Do you offer catering?
    Many of our restaurants offer catering and/or platter menus. Catering orders thru Waiter Wheels are subject to a $100 food subtotal minimum and require 48 hours advance notice. We can accommodate orders outside of our regular business hours and on holidays if given at least 48 hours advance notice also, subject to the selected restaurant being open on that holiday.
  • How do I use my Gift Account?
    On your Gift Certificate, look for the PIN. In the My Account page or at Checkout for any order, you can enter this PIN to add the amount of your gift to your Gift Account balance. Or from the email, you can simply click the link to automatically add the amount to your balance. You can use any portion of your Gift Account balance on any order by selecting Gift Account in the payment options at checkout.
  • What is your policy on cash orders?
    We accept cash as a method of payment but cash orders are subject to a follow up call before the order is placed at the restaurant to verify customers delivery address and phone number. Waiter Wheels reserves the right to keep the order on hold until this verification is complete. - Note- For safety, drivers carry only $20 in change. If your order requires more change we will be happy to accommodate, just put special instructions on your online order or let our dispatcher know while placing your phone order
